EXCITING LOYALTY SCHEME CHANGES

PLEASE NOTE:

New Loyalty Customers
We are temporarily suspending our current loyalty scheme to make way for a new venue wide loyalty program. Any applications received prior to 31st January 2026 will not be processed under the old scheme, however, those who have submitted an application will be informed about next steps for registering for our digital loyalty scheme in due course. We anticipate that the new scheme will go live by 1st March 2026.

Existing Loyalty Customers
Your allocated points and information will be automatically transferred to the new scheme prior to 1st March 2026. This means that any points up to and including 28th February will be transferred to your new loyalty account. You can continue to use your old loyalty card up to this date.

The information here is accurate at the time of going live. If any delays are encountered, customers will be notified directly with further information.
