For our most loyal customers, it seems only right that you are rewarded with discounts for visiting us on a frequent basis. Please complete the form so that we can get you set up on ‘The Black Card’ loyalty scheme. Once you have completed the form, you will be invited to collect your card from The Black Swan. Your account will take 7-10 days to get set up and you will be sent an email confirmation to advise your card is ready to collect. For further information about joining the scheme, please use the contact us page and select “Loyalty Scheme” from the dropdown menu.

Please read and agree the following terms & conditions:

  • When visiting The Black Swan Inn, you must carry your card with you and present this on every visit to receive your tier discount. Discount will not be honoured without the card being presented and your discount cannot be backdated if you forget to bring your card.
  • Your loyalty card can only be used on selected main menu items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offers or voucher(s) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Loyalty Card can only be redeemed in the restaurant & bar and MUST be presented at all times
  • A minimum spend is required before you move up tiers.
  • No cash alternative is associated with the assigned card.
  • The discount is applicable to the registered Loyalty Card holder and cannot be transferred.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel, revoke or discontinue this offer without notice at any time.
  • The card cannot be used as a charge card, store or credit card and bills must be settled on the day.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, please notify by emailing [email protected]
  • If you lose your card, a replacement card will be charged at £10.00 per card to replace if you wish to continue with the loyalty scheme.
  • You application will take 7-10 working days to process, on some occasions this may be longer due to demand
  • Card can only be used in issuing venue and cannot be used in any other venue in the North Coast Collective portfolio.
  • Full T&Cs will be sent with your registered card. By accepting these terms and conditions, you understand that your details will be used for marketing purposes and to be informed of upcoming events and promotions.
