For our most loyal Customers, it seems only right that you are rewarded with discounts for visiting us on a frequent basis. Please complete the form to start using your loyal discounts on each visit. Once you have completed the form, you will be invited to collect your card from The Landing. Your card will take 7-10 days to be produced and you will be emailed when your card is ready to be collected.

  • This Loyalty Card benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offers or vouchers(s) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Loyalty Card can only be redeemed in the restaurant & bar and MUST be presented at all times
  • A minimum spend is required before I move up tiers for greater future benefits.
  • No cash alternative is associated with the assigned card.
  • The discount is applicable to the registered Loyalty Card holder and cannot be transferred.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel, revoke or discontinue this offer without notice at any time.
  • The card cannot be used as a charge card, store or credit card and bills must be settled on the day.
  • For evening reservations: please advise that you are a Loyalty Card holder at the time of booking.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, please notify by emailing [email protected]
  • If I lose my card, a replacement card will be charged at £10.00 per card as an additional cost.
  • My application will take 7-10 working days to process
  • Card can only be used in issuing venue and cannot be used in any other venue in the North Coast Collective portfolio.
  • By accepting these terms and conditions, I understand that my details will be used for marketing purposes and to be informed of upcoming events and promotions.
